This project is an attempt at realizing an embodiment of the system proposed by Steve Mann and the University of Toronto. I will try to make this as much of a HOWTO as possible, and document as much of the process as I can manage. This project requires a great deal of do-it-yourself attitude and resources. Hopefully, by the time I have the project finished, Professor Mann will be well on his way to providing a commercial version of the EyeTap. As this is one of his goals, I am in no way claiming any sort of trademark or copyright on the word, name, or concept of EyeTap. This is simply my way of coming to the same conclusions and results. If you have a great deal of money at your disposal, I would suggest altering my designs by using a high resolution display, image conduits, optics, and camera. I will be including media that originated from other authors. Where possible I will credit such authors. Any copyright on such images and documentation remains with them. Any media tagged as created by kill-9@semisynthetic.net is GPLicense assumed.
