Help with the ECF Monkey Banner

The monkey banner requires you to use the following type of link in your code:

http://semisynthetic.net/kill-9/ecfmonkeybanner.php?date=11-15-12&perday=40

The date value is the date you started vapeing, in the format Month-Day-Year (two digits for year). The perday value is the amount of analog cigarettes you used to smoke per day.

To use this in your ECF sig, use the code:
